I made this template in September 2023, giving you ample time to set up your DIY Planner for next year.

The PDF works best on a printer with dual-sided printing capabilities so that you can print the entire year in one go without complications.

You can start your week on Monday or Sunday. There’s a template for both.

Sunday Start – The days start with Sunday on the left, similar to a traditional calendar.

Where to get A5 Paper

We sell a few options if you want A5 paper ready to print and pre-punched with holes to add to a 6-ring A5 binder.

A5 100 GSM paper pack – This GSM thickness is more substantial than standard copy paper, which allows for double-sided printing and writing on both sides of a sheet.

A5 160 GSM paper pack – Our ultimate thickness paper is over twice as thick as standard copy paper. Double-sided printing and heavy use of writing, coloring, and inking are encouraged.

This calendar is designed to work with A5 paper and to go in 6-ring A5 binders.

It has moon phases, popular holidays, and two templates for a Monday/Sunday start (because some people like to start their week on Monday, some on Sunday, so we made both options).
